When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that there was a challenge to fixation of fair rent. However, during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the Petitioner has paid the entire arrears due and the same is also admitted by the learned counsel for the Respondents. It was thus submitted that nothing survives in this Writ Petition.
