ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of the enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner is the husband of the fourth respondent and that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.16 of 2024 for the alleged offences under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 406 and 506(2) IPC and he has also produced the copy of the FIR.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in 2/4

the manner known to law.
