ORDER
This petition is filed seeking Writ of Certiorari, calling for records relating to the impugned order made by the first respondent in Na.Ka.A2/40/2017, dated 08.01.2018 and quash the same
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 24.02.2022, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) sought time to verify the present position since the proceedings has been initiated in the year 2017.
3. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the problem has been resolved by Revenue Divisional Officer who had convened peace committee meeting on 30.07.2019 and in this peace committee meeting both the parties have participated and resolved the issue and agreed to conduct the temple festival through the temple Poosari.
4. In view of the above said development, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
