This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 226 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition as against the order passed in E.A.No.3 of 2022 in E.P.No.3 of 2020 in O.S.No.35 of 2007 on the file of Sub Court, Manapparai, dated 12.10.2022.

2. Mr.R.T.Arivu Kumar has entered appearance for the respondent. He has no objection to the delay being condoned.

3. I have gone through the affidavit and find that sufficient cause has been made out. Hence, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order, and list the matter for admission in the usual course. The Registry shall also print the name of Mr.R.T.Arivu Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent, in the cause list.
