PRAYER:

Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the petitioner's son namely Karthi @ Agori Karthick, S/o.Shanmugam, aged about 26 years from the Central Prison, Coimbatore to the Central Prison, Madurai or Central Prison, Trichy by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2022 forthwith.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N. ANAND VENKATESH, J.) This Writ Petition was filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to transfer the son of the petitioner to the Central Prison, Madurai from the Central Prison, Coimbatore.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the rejection order passed by the second respondent dated 18.11.2022. In view of the same, no further orders can be passed in this petition. It is left open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
