ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging the working sheet that was annexed to the provisional assessment order issued by the second respondent for the alleged theft of energy.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the working sheet is an annexure to the provisional assessment order and as and when the petitioner submits his objection, considering his objection, a final assessment order would be passed. 3.Considering the above said fact, the petitioner is directed to submit his objection to the provisional assessment order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After considering the objections, the respondents are directed to pass the final assessment order. Till the final assessment order is passed, no coercive action be taken as against the writ petitioner.

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 04.02.2026 2/4
