Respondents Prayer :- This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to secure and produce the person or body of the detenu, Ms.Sounthariya, D/o.Muralidharan, aged about 26 years from the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent before this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER:-

This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.Lajapathy Roy, Senior Counsel for J.Mohamed Ashik Jaman, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.B.Nambi Selvan, Additional Public Prosecutor, For the 1st & 2nd respondents, Mr.M.Aiyram K.Selva Kumar, Advocate for the 3rd Respondent, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 29.08.2025, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, had closed this Habeas Corpus Petition and direction was given to return the original passport and other documents to the detenue.

2. The petitioner and the detenue are present. The second respondent has also produced the passport and other documents of the detenue in a sealed cover, which by order dated 29.08.2025 were directed to be handed over to the detenue. The second respondent, the petitioner, the detenue and also the counsel for the detenue may go over to the office of the Registrar (Administration), Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, who may prepare a list of original documents now produced and hand them over to the detenue under proper acknowledgment. The acknowledgment may be kept in the records of the HCP.

3. We are confirmed that the said procedure had been complied with.

4. In view of the above, no further orders are required in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
