No.380 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible within a time frame by this Court.

O RDER This petition is filed seeking direction to the Learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thottiyam to dispose the calender case in C.C. No.380 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he is a teacher and the defacto complainant is an practicing advocate and taking advantage of his profession, he is dragging on the matter.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri in C.C.No.380 of 2023 and the same was transferred to Judicial Magistrate, Thottiyam, for jurisdictional purpose and the same was posted on 13.12.2023 for assigning new calender case number.

4.Considering the oldness of the matter, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thottiyam, to expedite trial process and dispose of 2/4

the same within a period of Five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
