Respondent/Respondent Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Modify the condition in so far as the Condition No.4 stipulated in Crl.M.P.No.177 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge,Thanjavur, dt.12.10.2022 directing the Petitioner not to leave the station either to abroad or other states without permission of the Court.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C. Mayial Vahana Rajendran, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.Veeranthiran, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition in so far as the Condition No.4 stipulated in Crl.M.P.No.177 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, dt.12.10.2022 directing the Petitioner not to leave the station either to abroad or other states.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, Police.

3. Considering the submission made by both sides, the condition No.iv imposed vide order dated, 12.10.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.177 of 22, passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, is modified to the effect that "the 1st petitioner shall not tamper any witness, he should co-operate with the investigation, he should not https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD) No.19603 of 2022 make undue influence on the witnesses, he should not indulge in any other offence in the coming future and he should deposit the original sale deed to the credit of Crime No.5 of 2021 before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order". The other conditions if any shall remain unaltered.
