ORDER

This writ petition is filed to dispose the application of the petitioner in OA.No.81 of 2021 filed under Section 63(B) of the TN HR &CE Act.

2. Heard Mr. V.S.Kumaraguru, the Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, Mr.S.P.Maharajan, the Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent and perused the material documents available on record.

3. This Court without going into the merits of the case, directing the respondent to dispose the application of the petitioner in OA.No.81 of 2021 filed under Section 63(B) of the TN HR &CE Act as per Provisions of Law and pass orders, within a period of Six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
