This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 131 days in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court. The name of the respondents 1 and 2 printed in the cause list no one has appeared, they were called absent and set ex parte. The counsel for R3 is present.

3. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
