This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Second Respondent to provide adequate Police protection to the Petitioner and her husband, namely, Sathish, S/o Ivaraj, based on the representation dated 31.10.2022.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondents 1 to 3 submitted that in this case enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.504 of 2022 and the same was closed.
