ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner's husband was employed in the respondent Corporation. He passed away on 27.05.2018. The petitioner was granted family pension after a gap of four months. The petitioner seeks payment of the petition mentioned arrears. No exception can be taken to the said request. The respondents are directed to pay the petition mentioned amount with interest at the rate of 6% per annum. This disbursement shall be done within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is allowed on these terms. No costs.
