ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ Petition was instituted in the year 2019. 2.The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to restrain the respondents from erecting a mobile tower.

3.If at all any mobile tower has been erected in violation of the rules or without a valid licence, the concerned authorities are directed to initiate all appropriate actions. The petitioner is also at liberty to file a complaint, if any illegality is noticed.

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
