O RDER This petition has been filed seeking to quash FIR in Crime No.74 of 2022, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Batlagundu Police Station, Batlagundu, Dindigul District

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police would submit that in the absence of any interim order, the respondent Police has conducted investigation in Crime No.74 of 2022 and on completion of investigation, the respondent Police has filed a charge sheet before the concerned Court. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 20.03.2024 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No 2/5
