This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 244 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent as against the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the issue has been settled between the petitioner and the second respondent and also they entered into a settlement agreement before the Mediation. The statement is recorded.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petition allowed and the proceedings in Crime No. 244 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent as against the petitioner is quashed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
