Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the detenue or body of the detenue., ie., the petitioner's daughter namely Saroja Devi, D/o.Ganapathy (late) aged about 21 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

The mother has filed this petition seeking for a direction to secure her daughter, who is said to be missing from 31.10.2022 onwards. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenue is aged about 21 years and she developed relationship with the third respondent and both of them went missing from 31.10.2022. Based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a woman missing FIR has been registered by the second respondent in Crime No. 304/2022 and the same is pending. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the wife of the third respondent also gave a complaint before the Dindigul South Police Station and based on the same, a man missing FIR has been registered in Crime No.255/2022 and the same is also pending.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, except directing the respondent police to proceed further with the investigation in the pending FIRs, no further orders can be passed in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
