ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the relief as prayed for by the petitioner in this writ petition, namely, grant of patta in favour of the petitioner for the land in question, cannot be granted, since the land in question was classified as 'Government Poramboke'. In this regard, the learned Special Government Pleader has produced a copy of the proceedings of the 1st respondent, dated 09.10.2018 before this Court for perusal.

W.P.(MD)No.20690 of 2018 prayed for by the petitioner in this writ petition cannot be granted under any circumstances and accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
