PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.60 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused herein, who was arrested on 13.04.2023 for the 1/3

alleged offence under Sections 5(1) r/w 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 ,in Crime No.60 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.This is the third bail application for bail. The earlier application was dismissed by this Court on 19.07.2023, considering the seriousness of the allegation made against the petitioner and the age of the victim girl. 3.Now seeking bail this petition has been filed, stating that he is ready to marry the victim girl. Considering the readiness of the petitioner to marry the victim, he was granted liberty to revive his bail application, after examination of PW1 in the earlier order. But, without following the same, the petitioner has come forward with this present application.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case before the trial Court was posted for framing of charges. 5.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
