This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for stopping of the illegal sand quarry in the petitioner's lands situate in Ayyalur Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondents 5 to 11 has stopped the illegal sand quarry in the petitioner's lands and hence the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the illegal sand quarry has been stopped, nothing survives for further adjudication, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
