Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings in DO: IA (987): VIG:9890 2019-20, dated 01.11.2019 issued by the fifth respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the first, third and fourth respondents to instruct the fifth respondent to conduct the enquiry on the direction of the fourth respondent proceedings in DA: DGM (RKM) - ZO: VIG : 8970 : 928 : 2018-19, dated 04.03.2019 not to proceed further on any allegations or charges against the petitioner. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the notice dated 01.11.2019 and with a consequential prayer directing the respondents to instruct the fifth respondent to conduct an enquiry on the direction of the fourth respondent and not to proceed further.

2. Based on the enquiry notice, already enquiry was conducted and it was over, which ended in punishment and the same was put to challenge in W.P.(MD).No.19633 of 2020. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
