ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing earlier orders of this Court dated 31.10.2023 and 23.07.2024 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur in D.No.11119, dated 22.11.2024 seeking further extension of time for disposal of the case in A.S.No.5 of 2018 on the file of the Principal District Court, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur, this Court made the following order:- Since C.R.P(MD)No.2501 of 2024 has already been disposed of by this Court on 28.10.2024. The learned Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, is directed to dispose of A.S.No.5 of 2018 on or before 30.06.2025.
