ORDER

(This writ petition is heard through video conference) This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the wrong doer, the 4th respondent by restraining him from using the premises for illegal purposes and against public peace, in Survey Nos.852, 853, comprises 928.12 sq. ft. and 20 cents of vacant site situated in T.S.Ward No.11, Veeraragavapuram, East Street, Tirunelveli, based https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.20517 of 2018 on the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2018. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 19.11.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner and the third respondent was present before the Court in person and submitted that the petitioner appeared before the Enquiry Officer and gave an undertaking to workout their remedy through civil proceedings. Based upon that it came to be closed. Since there was no representation for the petitioner on that day, the case has been ordered to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal' 3.Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Since the representation came to be closed on the basis of the undertaking and there is no representation for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default.
