The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to change the petitioner's name as K.Muniyandi and date of birth as 03.04.1985 in his 10th Mark Sheet issued by the Board of Secondary Education, Tamil Nadu within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Although the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition as party-inperson, today, he has not appeared before this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the second to fourth respondents submits that the petitioner secured Judgment and Decree in his favour from the District Munsif Court at Thirumangalam in O.S.No. 399 of 2004 on 11.04.2005 for change of the petitioner's name and date of birth, pursuant to which, the petitioner has sent a representation to the first Page No. 2 of 4

and second respondents which is still pending with the second respondent since 2018.

4. Considering the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner sent for change of his name and date of birth in his 10th Mark Sheet, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
