Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned tender notification issued by the 2nd respondent in Ref.No.Mech-MDU-15-18, dated 05.06.2018 and consequent letter of acceptance in Ref.No.U/M.35/Linen/Daily/Non-Daily dated 17.09.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent in favour of the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents either to issue fresh tender notification or permit/allow the petitioner to provide "collection, machine washing, ironing, loading/unloading transportation and distribution of bed rolls to the passengers travelling in 2nd AC and 3rd AC coaches" till the commissioning of providing the service under the BOOT scheme by the petitioner.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the tender Notification of the year 2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the tender was allotted to the third respondent in the year 2018 itself and the work was also completed.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
