ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.130 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent to any other investigation agency or by appointing special officer.
2. It is evident from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.130 of 2024 on 01.06.2024 for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b) and 323 IPC and Section 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report against three persons before the jurisdictional Court on 24.07.2024. 2/4
4. It is seen that FIR was registered against three named persons and three daughters of the accused 1 and 2 and three daughters and two son-in-laws of the third accused Thanasekari.
5. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that even before filing of the charge sheet, they have filed alteration report on 01.06.2024 for deleting the other accused as they were not involved in the alleged occurrence.
6. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned Court, if so advised.
