PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to quash the First Information Report (FIR) registered by the respondent Police in Crime No.37 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police against the petitioners / accused.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police would submit that in the absence of any interim order, the respondent Police has conducted investigation in Crime No.37 of 2021 and on completion of investigation, the respondent Police has filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.431 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b) and 506(2) IPC before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Oddanchathiram. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
3. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous 2/4
petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
