ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Madhan Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Vaikum Karunanithi, Government Advocate (Crl.side)for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in (*)Crl.A(MD).No.658 of 2023, dated 17.08.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed upon the petitioner by this Court dated 17.08.2023.

4. In view of the non-compliance of the order passed by this Court, dated 17.08.2023, bail granted to the petitioner in (*)Crl.A.(MD).No.658 of 2023, is 2/4

cancelled and the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the Investigating Agency to take appropriate action against the petitioner as per condition 7(e) of the order dated 17.08.2023 passed by this Court.
