This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey and demarcate boundaries in the land comprised in S.No.270/5B1 situated at Pothampatti village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District with the aid of the respondent no.3 and to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to issue survey report. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has sent an online application for conducting survey in the petition mentioned property along with the required fees. However, the same was not considered by the respondents 1 and 2. Hence the 2/5

petitioner was constrained to file this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the respondents 1 and 2 are conducting survey in the petitioner's land pursuant to the application, dated 27.08.2024 by today (i.e., 14.10.2024).

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to furnish the survey report to the petitioner. No costs.
