This petition is filed to direct to dispose the Crl.M.P.No.152 of 2019 in M.C. No.24 of 2011 on the file of the Family Court, Srivilliputhur expeditiously within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Srivilliputhur to dispose the petition pending in Crl.M.P.No.152 of 2019 in M.C. No.24 of 2011, within a period of Six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
