O R D E R This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to execute the warrants issued against the third respondent. 2.It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the learned District Consumer Court has issued Non-Bailable Warrant against the third respondent, but the said warrant has not been disposed of, in spite of taking long time.

3.Learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits a copy of the certificate given by the Village Administrative Officer, stating that Respondent No.3 is not available in the village and according to the information received by the police, the accused is in Chennai and hence, requested time to execute the warrant.

4.Considering the submissions made by both sides, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, by directing the police to execute the warrant issued against the 3rd respondent within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as undertaken by the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side].
