The grievance of the petitioner is that even after the first respondent/the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tenkasi has issued directions to the Tahsildar, Sivagiri, Tenkasi, to restore the patta for the land in Survey No. 952/1B Thirumalpuram Village, Sivagiri Taluk, Tenkasi before sub-division, the Tahsildar has not acted upon it. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 2.Mr.P.T.Thiraviam, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that there are some technical issues and they require four weeks time to correct the same and comply with the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is disposed of with a 2/4

direction to the second respondent/the Tahsildar, Sivagiri to implement the order of the first respondent/the Revenue Divisional Officer, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
