Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner in the post of Village Assistant in the 2nd respondent office as per the interview conducted by the 2nd respondent within time stipulated by this Honble Court.

Alleging disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD). No.8782 of 2016, dated 26.02.2019, the petitioner has filed the present contempt petition.

Cont.P. (MD)No.1705 of 2019 submit that against the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD). No.8782 of 2016, dated 26.02.2019, the respondents have preferred an appeal before the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.(MD). No.516 of 2020 and the Division Bench of this Court has granted interim stay on 05.08.2020.
