This Petition had been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.100 of 2022, dated 07.08.2022 on the file of the first Respondent Police as against the Petitioners herein. 2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent Police submitted that the investigation in Crime No.100 of 2022 on the file of the first Respondent police had been completed. Further, the final report has also been filed through E-filing before the Court concerned and the same is yet to be numbered.
