This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to include the petitioner in the provisional rank list for the eligible candidates for admission in M.Sc., (Nursing) 2024-2025-session. 2.The petitioner has completed B.Sc., Nursing. She has applied for M.Sc., Nursing degree course for the year 2024-25. She has completed her course with 69%. However, in the provisional list of eligible candidates, the name of the petitioner has not been included. Hence, the petitioner has filed these writ petitions. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.
4.The learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent submitted that the petitioner has not uploaded the relevant experience 2/6
certificate as mandated under Clause 15(h) of the prospectus issued by the second respondent in this regard. The terms of prospectus clearly indicate that if the required documents are not updated, the application is liable to be rejected. Hence, the name of the petitioner was not found place in the provisional selection list.
5.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is only the mistake committed by the petitioner.
6.It is also submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent that the online portal was opened for four times in order to upload the certificates. However, the petitioner failed to upload her experience certificate. Hence, at this stage, the petitioner cannot be permitted to participate in the counselling and it will open the flood gate. 7.It is also brought to the notice of this Court that as far as the petitioner's category is concerned, only one seat is available and the petitioner had acquired only 62.7 marks.

8.Since the petitioner has not uploaded the experience certificate as mandated under Clause 15(h) of the prospectus, despite opportunity was given to set right the said mistake for four times by the second respondent by opening the online portal, the name of the petitioner was not found place in the provisional selection list. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to accept the contention of the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
