PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the first respondent Police not to harass the petitioners in any way unlawfully.

O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of a complaint given by the respondents 2 and 3.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the first petitioner is the mother of the second petitioner and the respondents 2 and 3 and all of them are having separate portion. However, the respondents 2 and 3 have been creating trouble to keep personal animosity against the petitioners and thereby, a false complaint has been filed against the petitioners, basing on which, the Police have been harassing the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent Police submits that the respondents 2 and 3 have filed a complaint against the petitioners and the petitioners have also filed a complaint against the respondents 2 and 3 and having come to know that the dispute between the parties is purely civil in nature in respect of partition of the properties, both the parties were advised to approach the civil Court and both the complaints were closed. 2/4

4. Since the complaint given by the respondents 2 and 3 has already been closed, no further order is required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Index : Yes/No 27.09.2023 Internet : Yes/No ssb To
