Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action under the Tamil nadu Societies Registration Act 1975 against the 4th respondent Association viz., Madurai Bench High Court Advocates Association (Reg No.131/2014) for non-filing of annual returns from the financial year 2017-18 till the present financial year based on petitioner's representation dated on 07.08.2025 made to the respondents 1 to 3.
