Respondent PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to take immediate action to provide the educational loan a sum of Rs.8,07,000 being the total fees amount payable to Thiagarajar school of Management, Tirupparamkundram, Madurai being the fee payable for studying Post Graduate Diploma in Management Programme (PGDM) for the academic year 2017-2018 and 2018-2019.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on the last occasion, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank would represent that the petitioner himself has circulated a letter to the bank, withdrawing his loan application.
