ORDER

Since the order passed by this Court has been complied with, the petitioner has some grievance regarding the extent. According to him, he is entitled to 24 cents of land. But the survey report indicates only 20 cents of land. The petitioner has to necessarily go before the civil Court for redressing his grievances.
