PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.10953/E2(3)/2017-5 dated 28.02.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to disburse the retiral benefits and full pension to the petitioner.
