85 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 05.08.2022, considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner. The petitioner again approached this Court by filing this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

3.On going through the entire CD file, it came to light that the first accused, who is the son of the petitioner has implicated this petitioner in this case, stating that this petitioner also involved in the offence and he only tied the hands and legs of the deceased and threw the body in the well. So this involvement must be investigated by subjecting him to custodial interrogation.

CRL OP(MD). No.19675 of 2022 4.Considering the gravity of offence, the petitioner has to surrender before the respondent Police for custodial interrogation. As stated in the earlier order, anticipatory bail is not at all maintainable and there is no change in circumstances. 5.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Court and seek regular bail.
