ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is present before this Court. 2.It is submitted by Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the petitioner's application for surveying and measuring the land in question has been rejected on the ground that she has not come forward to produce the relevant documents for the officials to act on the basis of her request. In this regard, the learned Special Government Pleader has produced a copy of the proceedings of the Tahsildar concerned, dated 08.02.2021 before this Court for perusal.

3.In view of the same, this Court does not think that this writ petition can be kept pending anymore and therefore, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to submit a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.20554 of 2018 fresh application with all the required documents to the authority concerned and pursue her request. No costs.
