Respondents PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2017 on the file of the 1st respondent seeking Sub Division Patta Transfer vide Can No.0332417036001 and application No.2017/0105/24/033482 dated 05.07.2017 for the portion of his land (approximately 9630 Sq.ft), after registered sale of 834 Sq.ft to one K.Pandian out of the total extent of 10464 Sq.ft, seeking issuance of patta for his property situated at S.No.75/17, Thoppur Village, South Taluk, Madurai District. ORDER

On the last occasion, this Court made the following observation:

"When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the request of the petitioner as projected in this writ petition has been considered and rejected by proceedings dated22.04.2018, but there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today.

W.P(MD)No.20568 of 2018 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 5 submitted that despite every effective steps taken to contact the petitioner, they could not contact the petitioner and there is no response from the petitioner, in regard to the action to be taken in pursuance to the request made by the authorities. 3.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to keep the writ petition pending any further and therefore, the same stands dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned with fresh application, if he is so advised . No costs.
