O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for early completion of investigation in Crime No.78 of 2017.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the police have completed the investigation in the year 2019 itself and the charge sheet was also taken on file as CC.No.130 of 2019.

3.Since the investigation has already been completed and the final report is also filed, no further orders can be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet if he is so advised.
