Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SIVABALAN K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17995 of 2022, dated 07.10.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in para No.6(b) that each of the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.169 of 2022 without prejudice to their rights and contentions before the trial Court. On such deposit, the defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the same, after filing of an undertaking affidavit before the concerned Court. The other conditions imposed on the petitioners remain un-altered.
