2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is a case and case in counter and in respect of crime No.529 of 2018 is concerned, the investigation is in progress. 3.Considering the said submission, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation in crime No.529 of 2018 and file the final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
