ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to pass orders on the proposal dated 31.07.2023 for registering S.Kishore Chand as Correspondent of petitioner school and revoke the order of direct payment imposed by the third respondent District Educational Officer vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.234/Aa2/2023 dated 12.01.2023.

It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that there was some dispute among the legal heirs of the founder in respect of management of the School and now, the legal heirs agreed to appoint one S.Kishore Chand as the Correspondent of the petitioner School. In this regard, proposal has been sent on 31.07.2023 to the third respondent. However, no order has been passed so far. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the third respondent may be directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders in this regard.

4. Without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the second and third respondents to consider the proposal sent by the petitioner School and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
