ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by way of enquiry based on the complaint of the third respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.403 of 2024 for the alleged offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506(1) IPC and he has also produced the copy of the FIR.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law.
