ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the interim order, dated 29.08.2024 made in CMP.No.251 of 2023 in CC.No.102 of 2022 on the file of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, 1/4

2. According to the revision petitioner, the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Tiruchirappalli failed to take note of the scope of application filed by the respondent / complainant and therefore, the petitioner was constrained to file the present revision.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
4. Since there is no statutory remedy available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 the present revision is not maintainable. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum and the time spent before this Court is excluded. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
