Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. In view of the nature of the order going to be passed hereunder, no notice is required to the respondents 4 and 5.

2.This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, pursuant to the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.769/2018/Aa1 dated 03.7.2018 .

W.P.(MD) No.23811 of 2019 3.According to the petitioner, with respect to Arulmighu Vennimadanthayan Sastha Temple, a dispute is pending between the petitioner and the fifth respondent before the third respondent/Assistant Commissioner of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, Tuticorin. Even according to the petitioner, the enquiry proceedings are going on. The petitioner, now, seeks a direction for early conclusion of the enquiry. 4.On perusal of the records, it is seen that on an earlier instance, this Court in W.P.(MD).No.7310/2019, dated 19.04.2018, has directed the third respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of six weeks. Therefore, a further direction is not necessary. However, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry proceedings as expeditiously as possible. 5.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
